No. Colleges do not require the FAFSA application to be completed as part of the admission process to be accepted into colleges. However, there are some grants and scholarships that you may not be eligible to apply for without the application being submitted.
Financial aid suspension means that you have not been successful in maintaining and/or meeting the eligibility criteria to receive the financial aid or what is called the Pell grant. You may appeal the decision by contacting the financial aid office at the institution.
The SAP is the satisfactory academic progress grade point average. This grade point average includes your GPA throughout your entire educational career regardless of completion or not. Every institution has their own rules in place as to whether it uses the SAP or the regular GPA. According to your statement, the school which accepted you, uses the SAP and the incomplete program caused you to not meet the financial aid eligibility criteria.
Students are usually required to begin repayment of any loans received, 6 months after the student graduates.
On the first day a student does not meet their obligation to repay a student loan it becomes delinquent. After 90 or more days of being delinquent, the loan servicer will report it to the credit reporting agencies. The loan will go into default if it continues to be delinquent according to the loan servicer’s guidelines.
