The Need
Financial Education Awareness
Most students begin their educational journey by selecting several higher educational institutions as options for obtaining their degree. But this is only the first step. They must then seek financial assistance to pay for their education.
Ironically, there are many potential students that are not aware of the various avenues in which financial assistance can be obtained to fund their education. As a result, some students turn to loans but without the knowledge of the types of loans available and the consequences of them.
Students are also unaware that there may be other options available to pay for a higher educational degree. Some of those options include scholarships and grants that are provided by various institutional foundations associated with the colleges. But this information is unknown to many. Not just unknown to students, but also educational staff at these institutions.

A One Stop Shop
Students face the dilemma of selecting the right institution as they prepare mentally and physically to embark on their educational journey. Sometimes these students need a mentor to assist them in obtaining information regarding each institution. Because financial obligations have to be met, students can benefit from having a one stop shop that assists them in obtaining financial opportunities at any institution throughout the country.
Mentoring
As we educated students as to the financial obligations and possible debt that they may incur, it became evident that students needed more than student financial literacy.
What We Do
The Educational Bridgeway to Success was established on December 15, 2021, to provide higher educational students with an insight as to understanding and locating financial assistance to attend college.
The Educational Bridgeway to Success found that there are students with educational desires to attend college, but have no knowledge of how the financial aspects will be handled. As students attempt to approach the financial decision-making process, we have found that it can be a challenging, unwelcoming, and uneducated step that could put students in debt for many years to come or deter them from attending college altogether.
We provide students with an in-depth educational knowledge of scholarships, grants and loans. We ensure students are knowledgeable regarding the options of receiving an education by way of scholarships and grants that are not required to be repaid and therefore, the student incurs no debt. We then ensure students are connected to the college of their choice and provided with the higher educational institution's financial scholarships and grants that can enhance their lives for a successful future.
Here at The Educational Bridgeway to Success, we offer additional student support services to students such as mentoring in self-development, enrollment, academics, leadership, and completion among first generation and the low-income students in the community.
